1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to the do33 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement applicable to both do33 ("Platform", "we", "us") and users of this site ("you", "member").

By creating an account at do33 or starting to use any service on the platform, you will be considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

do33's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. do33 may request identity verification at any time to confirm age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If a single individual holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. do33 reserves the right to close any account opened with false information and to forfeit the funds at any time.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. Any unauthorized access must be reported to do33 immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

do33 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour after successful verification. The same payment method used at the time of deposit may be required for withdrawal.

3.3 Fraud Prevention

If suspicious financial activity is detected, do33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account and conduct an investigation. Involvement in money laundering or fraudulent activity will result in permanent account closure.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

do33 offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer can only be used once.
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly; it can only be used for gaming activity.
• do33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5 VIP Program

do33's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression depends on a member's activity on the platform. do33 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits and conditions at any time.

6 Gaming Activity & Fair Play

6.1 Permitted Gaming

do33 offers casino games, live games, slots, fishing games, and sports betting. Only approved games may be played on the platform, and do33 reserves the right to change the game catalogue.

6.2 Technical Errors

do33 reserves the right to void any abnormal result caused by a software or server error. In such cases, the original stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

6.3 Fraudulent Behaviour Prohibited

The use of any bots, scripts, automated software, or other technical advantages to play games is strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is proven, the account will be permanently closed.

6.4 Sports Betting

do33 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All bets will be settled in accordance with do33's rules, and in disputed cases do33's decision will be considered final.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 do33's Rights

do33 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Bonus abuse or corrupt activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

7.2 Member's Rights

You may request closure of your account at any time through the support team. Arrangements will be made to withdraw any applicable balance before the account is closed, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements.

8 Responsible Gaming
